With the choke needing to be on, I'm wondering if the air mixture adjustment is correct. It sounds like it maybe too lean without the choke.

I bought a vibrating tumbler so I wouldn't have to polish anything anymore. I love it, thank god for Harbor Freight.

lots of cool bikes on ebay right now

If you haven't checked lately, there are lots of cool hondas on ebay right now. I don't remember any ca95's, but lots of cb160's, a ce71 if I remember right, a 300, a couple of 350's, a couple of black bombers.

Lots of cool projects if anyone is looking . . .

I just put in a 115 to replace a 110. After a 10 minute ride I noticed some bluing on the headers. I pulled the plugs, and she was running lean all right. At least the plugs looked evenly lean. I was also running it without the aluminum dust covers, I'm sure that leaned it out too a little. I'd ...

I'm also running a Uni, and it required a change in the main jet. Just FYI.

I learn something new every day. On mine, the port that goes to the side is threaded and capped, but has a 130 jet in there.

I see the brass piece facing the rear, but I can't quite see the face of it.

When I first got mine running the bike would seem to surge but it was actually the slide getting stuck in the up position. Same affect, and a bit startling when you are first getting it started!

You may just have an air leak. Did you check the condition of your gasket and mating surfaces?

I just pulled my carb off to replace the main jet, and I only see two jets. At the risk of sounding dumb, I don't see a Powerjet.

My slow jet is #35 (that's the way it came), and I'm up to a 115 main jet due to a UNI airfilter. It came with a 100.

Sam, who did you get the shoes for CB92 from? I know "someone" from ebay, but if there is someone that is putting out good product for cheap, I think that is something we should support.

good source for _______?

I'm checking to see if anyone has acquired some good stuff from either ebay or other sources.

I'm looking for brake shoes, main jets (a 102-105, my headers started to blue just a hair when I went for a longer ride with a 100), and a gasket set, specifically need the gaskets for the l/r cover.

Am I the only one that has foot placement issues with the crash bars? They look good, but when I apply the brake, my toe sometimes drags on the bar, making it awkward to use the back brake.

I think the plastic lever cover is supposed to be permanent. Bust with caution.

I don't know about NY law, but for CA if the bike has not been registered for 7 years, then the bike falls out of the DMV system. This makes it much cheaper to bring back into the system because there is no back registration due. Take them a bill of sale that you will have to find, take the bike to ...

I thought the CA was the hotter motor; I'm surprised it uses the small jet. I think I'm going to stay with the 100, especially since I'm using a Uni airfilter. A sin, I know.
